Tour cost is based on a minimum of 40 adult passengers traveling together. In case of a significant reduction in group size, the tour cost, meal plan, vehicle, or other services may change, and the additional difference must be borne by the passenger.
The company takes care to select and book hotels on behalf of tourists at convenient locations, subject to availability. In case of non-availability in the same hotel, accommodation may be split across different hotels.
Hotel accommodation is generally provided on a twin-sharing basis in standard rooms. The third bed, if applicable, is usually a rollaway mattress placed in a twin-bedded room.
Air-conditioning, central heating, and other hotel facilities are provided based on weather conditions, local regulations, and hotel policies.
Tour participants must travel on the airline seats allocated at the time of booking. Once seats are reserved in a computerized airline reservation system, changes are generally not permitted.
As a tour operator, the company has no control over airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hotels, local transport providers, or other third-party service providers.
The company is not responsible for delays, deficiencies, cancellations, or changes in services provided by third-party agencies.
The company has no control over the opening and closing timings of tourist attractions.
Any damage caused to hotel rooms, vehicles, or other property during the tour must be paid for by the concerned passenger(s). The company shall not be held responsible for such damages.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services, including meals, sightseeing, or services affected by flight delays or cancellations.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown, or irregularity arising during the tour.
Any additional expenses arising due to delays or changes in transportation, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the passengers.
Any disputes arising in connection with the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction only.
Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees, insurance, advance hotel bookings, and ticket charges are non-refundable in case of visa rejection or delay.
If personal interviews are required by the Embassy or Consulate, candidates must attend at their own cost.
The company shall not be responsible for visa rejection, delay, or errors in visa dates granted by the authorities.
In case of tour cancellation due to force majeure situations such as pandemics or events beyond control, the refundable amount after deducting non-recoverable expenses will be kept as customer credit (Credit Shell) for future bookings.
Guests traveling abroad are responsible for the safety of their passports. Loss of passport and related costs such as FIR filing, embassy visits, accommodation, food, and transportation must be borne by the guest.
Obtaining a landing certificate or new passport is solely the responsibility of the guest. The tour leader is not responsible for passport loss or consequences.
The company assists with visa documentation and submission as per embassy timelines. Visa fees charged will be as per prevailing rates at the time of submission.
Children below 12 years are considered as children, and those aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
Visa fees and flight tickets (onward and return) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once airline tickets are issued, penalty charges will apply for any date changes.
In cities with coach movement restrictions, the tour manager and driver will attempt to drop guests as close to monuments as possible.
The registration amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and interest-free.
No refunds will be entertained for expenses incurred due to availability-related circumstances.
If a single passenger does not get a sharing partner, a single supplement charge will apply.
No compensation or refund claims will be entertained for non-availability of services such as entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, or shopping, even if mentioned in the itinerary.
Single passengers may be required to share rooms on twin or triple sharing basis depending on availability.
Cancellation charges will apply if a passenger cancels the tour after visa approval, even if the cancellation is due to co-passenger visa rejection.
The company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, modify, or alter any tour itinerary without assigning any reason.
In case of tour cancellation by the company, the full amount paid will be refunded, and no compensation claims shall be entertained.
Tour tariff is calculated based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation. The company reserves the right to revise tariffs before departure if rates change.
Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin unless otherwise specified. Passengers boarding from other locations must bear additional airfare and related expenses.
